Cooking for my friends and family is one of life’s great pleasures, and is a link back to my Granny. A working single mother in the kitchens of long distance rail in New South Wales, in a time when this was frowned upon, she was unapologetically ungovernable.

Believing that sharing knowledge, creating memories and cultivating communities were the ingredients of a life well lived, her stories fed my imagination.

I hope to create the culinary tools you reach for daily, that get better with age and are used to prepare countless meals you share with your loved ones.
